We act as the “responsible party” under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).

2. What personal information we collect
We may collect and process the following categories of personal information:
- Contact details: name, surname, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, physical address or area.

- Billing information: where relevant, invoice details such as your name, address and proof of payment. (We do not store your card details; where card payments are used, they are processed by a payment gateway).
- Website usage data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent on the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal information (such as health, religious beliefs, race, etc.) unless you voluntarily provide such information where it is strictly relevant to the service (for example, allergies to cleaning products).

13. Children’s information
Our services are aimed at adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect personal information of children without the consent of a competent person (parent or guardian) as required by POPIA. If you believe that a child’s information has been provided to us without proper consent, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, POPIA or other applicable laws. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
